Location was absolutely wonderful and very close to a metro stop to get anywhere in the city. The view from the balcony was picked ask, looking out to the church across the street.

Great location. Clean apartment. Our family of four really enjoyed staying here. The host Frederic was available to answer any questions we had and we also went to a few places that he recommended which was very helpful. Would absolutely recommend!

Location to the Metro made it easy to move about the city.Instructions from the host were clear, with great detail. The host’s efforts to help us find the apartment along with explanations on how to enjoy the apartment’s amenities was greatly appreciated!Loved the balcony. The area had many places to eat and buy groceries, too.It was quiet and the elevator was extremely useful. I would recommend it to friends and we’d stay there again.

We loved the balcony view of the old church. Having places to eat and drink right below the place was nice. The location next to the Metro was a very short walk and very convenient. Frederic was a wonderful host and communicated in a timely manner to our questions. His instructions for entering the rental were very helpful. Also, having an elevator was very nice after a long day of touring Paris.

Great Place!!

Such a great place to stay for a week with our daughter for her Senior graduation trip! Perfect location with tons of restaurants in the area and a cute market they set up twice a week outside as well. It was so easy to walk to any and all we wanted to see. Fredrick was so nice and made check in super easy! The size of the apartment is quaint but perfect for the 3 of us! Very, very clean and had all the amenities we needed.

My sister and I stayed in Frederic's apartment for a week. We had a wonderful time and the apartment had everything we needed. We absolutely loved the balcony and (when it wasn't raining) we spent breakfast, cocktail hour and dinner on it. Having said that, this really isn't a "two bedroom" apartment. The living room can be converted into a bedroom (very comfortable sofa couch) and the space is separated by a curtain. If this bothers you or you really like to have a formal living room, this is not the place for you. My younger sister slept there because...well.....she is younger :-). The elevator is small (one person, one piece of luggage) but the building has an elevator whereas many buildings in Paris do not. Since this apartment is on the top floor may be important to many. Frederic was a great host, friendly, knowledgeable and kind. We would stay there again. Susan and Hilarie

The apartment was in the perfect location with tons of restaurants nearby as well as transportation to all the desirable locations. We really enjoyed the balcony and the AC since it was in the 90s when we visited. Frédéric was such a gracious host and responded immediately to all of my questions. We would definitely book again.

The host was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and water pressure in shower was great. We really just used the apt to sleep and shower and it was great for that.

We really loved this apartment! It’s on the 6th floor, with great views from the balcony. You really feel you are in Paris!! It’s within easy walking distance of so many sights, shopping and restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed—well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of storage. We just loved coming “home” to it every evening. The owner, Frederic, was very responsive and super helpful. I would love to stay here again. Merci!

We loved this apartment in the heart of Paris. So many things close by and enjoying the balcony was just the best! The process to check in and out was so smooth, the host very communicative. Very clean! We loved the espresso machine and appreciated the fridge. The skylights added so much light to the space and made it dark for good sleep. The beds were very comfortable! Proximity to metro, cute park, shops and restaurants all around. We would love to stay here again on our next trip. Very comfortable for our family of 3 but family of 4 would be comfortable too. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location

Honestly, you cannot find a better spot for touring - you are about 100 meters from a major Metro hub and blocks away from many interesting spots. The balcony looks over Saint-Eustache -a fascinating church. We enjoyed being near Le Marais for the restaurants and ate breakfast at the Florida, which is basically downstairs.

Perfect location!

We had a fantastic stay here! The location is so central to everything, close to the Metro and within walking distance of so many sites! It was a hot week to be in Paris so the A/C and elevator were much appreciated! The market on our street and all of the eateries close by made it possible to not need to go far for anything we needed! Fredric was a wonderful host and we hope to stay here again soon. Excellent location, easy to check in, and it was fun to feel like we were living in Paris instead of staying in a hotel. The apartment was nice but quite small. I can’t imagine how 5 people would fit. There was nowhere to unpack our clothes. The sheets/towels were old and left a bit to be desired. Overall though we enjoyed ourselves very much. A next-door cathedral bells start ringing at 8 am. It was charming but a bit shocking the first morning!

Would be 5 star BUT the elevator wasn’t working. 6th floor with luggage is a challenge. Otherwise great location and host. Highly recommend for a couple, four could be tight as lining room becomes second bedroom. A/C works great, enjoyed stay & recommend.
