Summary:

Welcome to our studio, located on the ground floor, completely renovated, 50 meters from the famous Moulin Rouge and the lively district of Montmartre and the rue des Martyrs. Ideally located in the 9th arrondissement, the flat is a 15 minute walk from the Sacré Coeur, the department stores (Galeries Lafayette) and the Place de l'Opera. It is the ideal area to live a typical Parisian experience.



The Space:

Sublime studio of 21m2 completely renovated in April 2022, which includes :

- Living room with sofa bed for one person

- 1 table with chairs

- TV, Wifi

- A fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, washing machine with dryer)

- 1 double bed

- 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet



The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional cleaning lady.

Nice apartment near Moulin Rouge

Very nice property in a good location. The apartment is clean and well appointed. The be is very comfortable and the kitchen with the coffee maker is very convenient. We had an issue with the lockbox and couldn’t get the keys. After trying for a while we had to contact the manager by FaceTime and at the end the code we were given was invalid. At the checkout time we had the same problem. The other issue was that shower, it is a very small area.
