TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!

TERRIBLE !! - The worst experience ever! The reception didn't allow me to check-in because I arrived at 23h05, which is outside 23h00 check-in time. The security guard told me there was no staff around. Not sure if that means they closed the reception much earlier and departed immediately at 23h00. I tried to reach the hostel by phone, but the phone number mentioned on the booking site is not correct or in use. At 00h31 the reception sent me an email mentioning that since I was not there by 23h00, they have cancelled my reservation. I found it strange that no one at reception was available at 23h05, but available to send me an email cancelling my reservation at 00h31. In the morning, one of the staff members told me to wait till the afternoon to be checked-in. Whilst waiting for someone to arrive, I realised that full payment has been deducted from my credit card, and at the same time, a message from the reception mentioned that I can't check-in at all, since I didn't do that the day before. After being in contact with Expedia (Hotels.com), I asked the staff member for a correct phone number. He told me they don't have a phone number, but they can be reached by email. I asked if it was possible to purchase breakfast, but there is no breakfast served, as mentioned in the description. This was the worst experience ever. I've stayed at this same place many years ago and had no issues with check-in time and everything else. I'm not sure if management or ownership changed.

Nuitée en dortoir low cost.

Le créneau d'arrivée jusqu'à 23h est trop restrictif. La douche et les toilettes dans le même local c'est moyen, tout comme l'accueil et la propreté des lieux. Bref, on en a pour son argent. C'est le strict minimum.

INFECTE !

On se demande comment cet hebergement soit toujours ouvert ! Dortoirs incorfortables, salle d eau infecte, odeurs egouts douches, salle commune sent la cigarette, pas accueillante. Le gerant qui se permet le soir entrer dans le dortoir des femmes, sans nous prevenir ! Alors que beaucoup sont en petite tenue, sortie de douche ! Inacceptable. Seule la jeune femme brune à l accueil est super sympathique, polyvalente :menage, accueiil etc..cet hotel devrait fermer !
