Everything from the custom gourmet kitchen to the impressive floor-to-ceiling black slate fireplace is brand new, radiating a sense of luxury that’s been carefully curated. The master bedroom suite is nothing short of stunning, a peaceful retreat where you can relax after a day of adventure.

With two master bedroom suites, each with a king bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom, everyone will feel right at home. One suite even offers a small kitchenette—ideal for those late-night snacks or a quiet morning coffee. Another king bedroom provides a cozy hideaway for another couple, while the loft guest room becomes a wonderland for the little ones, with three twin beds and a queen bed that invites Mom and Dad to snuggle in with them.

Just across the street from the Silver Star Lift at Park City Mountain Resort, you're minutes away from the slopes and right on the greens of Park City Golf Course. • Please note that our townhome is part of an HOA community with a policy requiring the primary booking guest to be at least 25 years old in order to reserve a short-term stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

• Perfect Location - on Park City Golf Course and across the street from The Silver Star Lift (please note that we cannot guarantee use of the lift, as the resort controls its operation.)

• Open concept great room is flooded with natural light and offers plenty of space for all your guests.

IMPORTANT:

1) Our properties are protected by a Damage Waiver and Truvi, our host insurance provider. In compliance with new privacy and fee transparency policies, and as required by our contract with the property owner, you will need to complete your Truvi verification by uploading the front side of your ID and a selfie, and sign the Rental Agreement. Additionally, guests must be 25 years or older to book our home, as required by our insurance policy. After booking, you will receive a link to complete these steps. These requirements must be fulfilled before your check-in date, as access to the property cannot be granted until completed.

2) Any guest staying with us for 14-29 nights is required to schedule a mid-stay clean. If you would like to book for 30+ nights, please reach out for our mid-term rental options.

3) HOSTING GATHERINGS, EVENTS, OR PARTIES IS NOT PERMITTED. SHOULD SUCH ACTIVITIES TAKE PLACE DURING YOUR STAY, YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY NECESSARY ADDITIONAL CLEANING OR REPAIRS, AND YOU COULD RISK EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND.
