Welcome to the Promontory Ranch Club Cabin, a stunning multi-level luxury home nestled in an exclusive gated community with breathtaking mountain views. Located just 15 minutes from Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley, this home offers quick access to world-class skiing. This expansive 4,883 sq. ft. home comfortably accommodates up to nine guests with four bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, and an additional 1.5 baths.

Enter through the 2-car garage into a welcoming mudroom, leading to the main level living area with high, wood beam and plank ceilings, and gorgeous hardwood floors.

Living Room: Splendidly furnished with plush sofas and cozy throws, the living room invites relaxation and comfort. A 65” Smart TV with a Sonos soundbar provides an exceptional entertainment experience, while the ambiance of the gas fireplace adds a warm, inviting glow. The built-in bench, bathed in sunlight from the expansive windows, offers a perfect spot to curl up with a book. Step through the sliding doors to access the patio, where you can unwind with outdoor seating by the gas fireplace, cook up a feast on the built-in natural gas BBQ, and soak in the serene mountain views that surround you.

Kitchen: A chef's dream with stylish stone countertops, a center island, and top-of-the-line Viking stainless steel appliances, including a separate refrigerator and freezer, a 3-zone wine fridge, and a gas stovetop with double ovens. The center island also includes a 2-drawer beverage refrigerator and bar seating for two. Warm up this space with the gas fireplace on those chilly days and be entertained with the Smart TV.

Master Bedroom 3 (Lower Level): Queen bed, twin sleeper chair, cabinet with a pop-up Samsung Smart TV, and en suite bathroom with dual sinks, jetted tub, and separate shower.

Master Bedroom 4 (Lower Level): Queen bed, cabinet with a pop-up Samsung Smart TV, and en suite bathroom with stone vanity and shower.

Additional Bathrooms: A full shared bathroom on the lower level and a half bath on the main level provides extra convenience.

Community Amenities: There are local hiking/biking trails in the area. Guests are not permitted to use the private Promontory Club amenities, golf course, or amenities at this time.

Promontory Shuttle: Guests have access to the ski shuttle by reserving through Promontory concierge (no access to ski lodges).
​​​​​​​Reservations open at 6:00 PM two days prior, with a limit of 6 riders per membership and 25 riders per time slot. Riders under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Please check your check-in instructions for the shuttle schedule and how to sign up.
