Newly remodeled and refurnished, and a 30 second walk puts you on Town Lift!

Great location for an epic getaway for a group of friends or a family! This 2BR/2BA Town Lift condo sits directly on Main Street, but faces towards Park City Mountain so it's quiet and has great views.

You're in the middle of it all - America's best skiing, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. You're two blocks from the free shuttle, which makes stops at Deer Valley, Kimball Junction, The Canyons Resort, and more.

The Space:
We just completed a gut renovation and remodel. Located right on Main Street - this is the best location in town!

This condo is situated right in heart of Park City! Your neighbor is the world famous High West Distillery. The unit features an open kitchen, dining, and living room, ideal for hanging out after a day on the mountain (especially in front of the fireplace & flatscreen HDTV). With plenty of comfortable seating and natural light, this place is a dream in Park City!

No need for a car while you're here, but if you do have one there is dedicated underground parking.

The Neighborhood:
You are right on Main - so walk out the door and stroll the quaint streets of Old Town, where you can visit art galleries and find unique wares in the boutiques. When it’s time for lunch or dinner, dine at delicious restaurants like Handle or High West. When the sun goes down, the nightlife heats up with live music, fun bars, and laid-back lounges.

Getting Around:
Park City and Summit County offer a free bus transit service to easily get you to all the major resorts and around downtown. The Old Town Transit Center is 2 blocks away. There are also plenty of Ubers and Lyfts, so no real need for a car, but if you do have one we have free garage parking.

Other Things to Note:
Covid Cancellation - In addition to the cancellation policy listed on the site, we’ve added the following to help give you options in the case of any closures.

1) If the ski resorts close due to Covid related issues, we will offer your choice of a full refund or credit towards a future stay. This will be pro-rated in the event that a closure happens during your stay.

2) If the resort you are mainly skiing at (Park City Mountain Resort or Deer Valley) is operating, it will be the normal cancellation policy (see your itinerary for details).

If you need to cancel for any other reason prior to your stay, we can't guarantee any refund, but we will try to re-rent the property and will refund anything we are able to recover by re-renting.

It may make sense to purchase Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance, let us know if you’d like any recommendations on that after booking.

Great location for town access. Town lift took 45 minutes plus for downloading due to lack of snow allowing for skiing to town lift. Stayed with family, had a great time.

Great accommodations & location. Communication with Leron was excellent and entry into the condo was a breeze. Condo had everything you would need & was very comfortable. Was pleasantly surprised it was more roomy than I thought. Only distraction was the HVAC was loud when the fan kicked in but other than that our stay was outstanding.

This Town Lift Condo is in the perfect location and has some of the best views of the mountain. I would say everything is actually better than described and that the pictures don’t do the place justice. You can’t beat the location for an easy half a block walk to skiing and right next to all that Main Street has to offer. We liked being able to watch the lift lines in the morning to know when to leave to ski and the line at High West Distillery in the afternoon. They seemed to take care of the little things many places forget - extra towels, soap, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags - things you end up needing. Parking was easy right underneath. We will definitely rent this unit again.

My family joined me for Mothers Day at the condo and enjoyed a delicious dinner at High West Distillery. Loved it!!! Huge plus for us was that our little dog, Buddy, could be with us.

Property was very clean, modern and light filled. A great location on Main Street. Main Street is frequently cut off to car traffic however with street festivals. We caught two during. A one week stay. This would have been good to know in advance as we could not follow our GPS directions to the underground parking garage. It was however accessible from Park, even with the art fair.

You can’t beat the location! We were steps away from Main Street and all the action. It is such a convenient spot with restaurants and shops right at your doorstep. The condo was very clean and nice. This is the second time we’ve stayed in this building and we will definitely be back.
