"The apartment was very comfortable and was as shown in the pictures. The setting was quiet and we enjoyed the closeness of the farm animals. We ventured into Philadelphia as well as stopping by Valley Forge. Randy and Wilma were great hosts and we enjoyed the fresh bread for breakfast. "

"Great value for the location and amenities. Host was great and very responsive. Property is very large and unique to area with log cabin and historic stone interiors. There is one king bedroom downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs (master with king, and 2 with queen beds). Upscale appliances in kitchen but make sure and bring everything you need if you’re cooking in as well as any oils, sprays, foil, etc you might need (nothing provided onsite). Location is perfect for visiting area (Sight and Sound, Bird in Hand, Strasberg Railroad, and much more)."

"Clean room but no exhaust fan in the bathroom, the pool area was a disaster from children being down there with no supervision. Water all over the floor my mother being disabled I was worried for her to slip and fall. Couples doing absurd things in hot tub was addressed and handled immediately. When I arrived the room was not ready or available so we left and went to dinner and came back and still waited just a few minutes due to the inconvenience we were comped breakfast paid $40 deposit have yet to receive it back even though check out was good overall the staff was amazing major kudos to Patrick and manager Dev"

"The home and property were absolutely beautiful! The bedrooms were master bedrooms with large bathrooms. The beds were perfect for a great nights sleep. The hosts ( Ruthie and Christian ) were also delightful to work with . They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We would definitely stay at this property again . Everything we needed from linens to kitchen supplies etc were provided. Mrs. Ruthie even made up some delicious sourdough bread . "

"The property and host were great! Very accommodating. The place was perfect for my wife and I. The farm is so well kept as well as the loft. If I ever travel back to the Amish country I can assure you that the Jackson farm will be first on our list. Can’t say enough about this family!! My kind of people!"

"We absolutely loved our stay here. It was Peaceful, serene, and relaxing. We especially loved the animals and being greeted by them every day. The host stayed in communication with us, and had provided basics we needed before arrival - down to fresh farm eggs! We enjoyed watching the horse a buggies pass by daily. You are out in the country life, but close to unique shops with goods made and sold by the Amish. We hope to be back to the area and will definitely book this place again! Thanks for sharing it with us. "
