Cute café, right outside the doors. Steps from the water and several restaurants and shopping. ATV, motor bike, biggie, and car rental place right next door as well if you are looking to cruise around the island. Staff was very kind and helpful and even reserved airport transportation for us.

Was a beautiful place, staff were so friendly. However, air conditioning didn't work properly and I got locked in the bathroom due to the knob missing on the inside.

Basic
Basic hotel. Beds were super hard and walls were thin (I could hear the crickets all night as well as the couple next door to us sneeze).
Good for one night. Pool was nice to lounge around.
No water pressure from 8-18, when it finally worked it was very low pressure, pretty unusable for a shower. The hotel site said there was a bathtub, but it was not allowed to use, no plug for it. Very loud hotel, waterpipes making noise all night, but sweet staff and a okay room. Bad breakfast
Amazing location. Walkable from the port and very good restaurants In walking distance too. Problem was room wasn’t ready until an hour after check in. Very clean tho and the staff was helpful and apologetic about the wait. Beautiful pool we just chilled there.
Had a lovely stay here. Very conveniently, located to a beach, coffee shop and most restaurants in the port area were walkable. Staff was very accommodating and welcoming. I highly recommend emailing the hotel if you’re interested in renting a car. They assisted us in setting this up for one day while we were visiting, and it was much cheaper than going through one of the local businesses or rental companies. We had some issues with our AC and it was fixed later that night once we shared this with the staff! The pool was really lovely as well

It's a 3 star hotel at best. The property needs a big overhaul. The staff were lovely. The pool was cloudy. They had some conviluted reasons. Also one of the pool lights was floating in the pool out of its socket. Still wired, albeit battery powered. The toilets were blocked in both our kids room and ours. And in the reception area toilet. You get what you pay for but you also expect the bare essentials. As I say though, the staff were friendly and helpful.
The one star is for the swimming pool, nice and relaxing with a little bar.
Everything else should be given a zero rating as staff does not have a clue how to run an hotel operations!
Too many litlle things that made the stay not pleasant.
We are a family of four, at check in she couldn't find the booking. I have asked to have a look at her list and my name was there with 2 people under the column adults and 2 people under the column children.
Then we were taken to our bedroom that was in the basement. I believe this should be highlighted at the time of booking.
We had 5 luggages, only 1 small bench to put it on and a small area to hang the clothes. We brought it to their attention two days in a row and they have done nothing about it, they said they should steal it from another bedroom?!you get out of bed and they are in your way! How they could possibly clean the floor?
2nd day we come back from the beach, not enough shsmpoo and soap, we had to go to reception to ask. Same on the 3rd day.
Sink tap was blocked, when showering water was going averywhere and on the 2nd day not even a mat was left to dry! We went to reception and asked for it.
No Place to dry your swimwear or beach towel!
Breakfast, 1st day, no issues.
One expect the same level on the following days but..
Day 2: cappuccino coming out from the machin with water, told her but she has not done snything, not even apologies. No eggs, she said they had a problem...I am wandering what it was to cook boiled eggs,
2 stars only for the pool and the nice staff. Other than that the rooms need some TLC, we slept on rock hard mattresses and the thinnest pillows, floors were always dusty, aircon was noisy, and many other noises coming from plumbing and not sound proof at all can hear next doors conversations.
The room was not very clean when we arrived, there was an almond in our shower which was strange, also the fixtures in the bathroom were a tad rusty. The beds were very uncomfortable, but the service was excellent. The owner was so kind, and let us swim in the pool after we checked out and seemed genuinely interested in our experience. The entire staff was amazing and made our stay wonderful!
Arrived via ferry. 10 minute walk along the front and one road back from the beach. Check in was simple . Reasonably quiet area. Nice pool area and small pool bar. Basic but adequate breakfast, bread, toast, ham, cheese fruit, yoghurt honey and cake. Tea coffee machine. Room was basic but quaint, clean and had fresh linen and towels

The breakfast had a less options and nothing for vegans
I was a little bit disappointed, because from the pictures it was looking much better. Finally the hotel is not so modern, and there are a lot of noisy groups. I asked for a big bed, but they gave me 2 separate beds. The bathroom has a windows looking in the room, something very strange. The price for the service is not so good.

The room was satisfactory however there was unsightly water damage to the wall separating the bedroom and bathroom. There was a problem with lock on our door, it was falling apart and on several occasions we had to get a staff member to open it and they also experienced difficulty with the key.
Room was terrible and old.Tv not working and told us the whole island you cannot watch tv( not true)
Pool was dirty and green water. Told us filter broke a few days back.
We walked out and only positive was they said they will give us a 50% refund. I want a full refund from hotel.com as the place was unacceptable

The tv did not work at all unfortunately. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and has left my partner and I sore, even days after leaving. We’ve stayed in many hotels the past couple of weeks and no beds were anywhere near as bad as these. The beds also came unmade. Clean linens, but we had to make the beds… The hotel also has a very odd policy of having to leave your room keys every time you leave the hotel- these include a key to the safe, therefore anyone has access even if you program it with a code. The ‘security’ of getting the keys back upon arriving back to the hotel was questionable. It would be very easy for someone to wait for a new person to be working and claim a key as their own, even if they aren’t staying at the hotel. The pool was also not clean, being cold was not a problem, but the water was green. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Our ferry was cancelled and we had no desire to return for our extra night in Paros.
