"I arrived at the hotel very late, close to midnight, and had a flight the following day. Upon check-in, I tried to arrange the airport shuttle service for my departure, only to be informed that the shuttle was available only during the morning hours and could not accommodate my 1:00 p.m. airport transfer. Had this information been clearly communicated before booking, I would have chosen a different hotel. While the staff was courteous and professional, the lack of transparency regarding the shuttle schedule created an unexpected inconvenience and impacted my overall experience."
