Whennohoned their number it was someone else’s number but she sent me the actual address and said she has had many phone calls! I ended up leaving shortly after getting there as no food and totally not what says they have on the hotels.com page!! Wasn’t even offered a refund for my second night so didn’t even stay there but paid for 2 nights"

"We booked 1 room for 3 people and they charged us for 3 rooms and refused to give us a refund for 2 rooms. Bugs came out of the AC when we turned in on. Breakfast was beans, rice and egg with water down coffee. Not a good experience."
