Is a nice small hotel, good parking lot, good slow EV charger. Swimming pool is small, but water is crystal clear, jacuzzy without hot water, but it's not cold though. Rooms are good size, clean and modern. It is not front beach, and you need to walk for it. You need a car if you want to go for beach, restaurants or places out of the hotel, 10 min rides. Breakfast is awesome, typical and good portions, restaurant is kind of limited, but chef knows his art. The best of it was the staff, young commited people to solve anything you needed, Nelsie and Mariana at front desk, and Yarid at restaurant works the extra mile to make you feel at home.

The staff was helpful, friendly and kind! The rooms were clean, had A/C and very spacey. The restaurant’s breakfast was delicious but the waffles were uncooked :(

Just passing through, we stayed one night. Didn't know what to expect on arrival. But soon realized that this place is special and amazing. The grounds are so beautiful, the staff was so nice (thanks Julianna) and the food was incredible. The room was huge. We unfortunately got the non-updated room next to the pool that was noisy during the day but super quiet at night. Breakfast and dinner was amazing and would highly recommend Costa Pacifica. Thank you all.

The hotel is pet friendly it's just that the management staff is a disaster. They changed our room to go with the dog; I understand that, but they kept us waiting for 20 minutes and they closed the restaurant for us. They didn't clean our room but they never told us what we had to do to receive the service. The Zoco restaurant is another point of improvement and it is better to say that they do not have olive oil, before bringing cooking oil. The Hotel is good; bad service.

When you leave the hotel for dinner, which you would probably want to do since the restaurant is terrible, be sure to return before 9 PM or else you will be locked out of the property behind a large gate.

Pague por una estancia con desayuno incluido y en el hotel me volvieron a cobrar el desayuno. la reserva que hice con expedia claramente decia DESAYUNO INCLUIDO, pero en el hotel dijeron que fue un error de la aplicacion de ustedes, ya que el desayuno no estaba incluido.

Muy buena experiencia.

Una estadía muy agradable. Amenidades excelentes para las familias con mascotas ya que disponen de áreas exclusivas para disfrutar y nos pueden acompañar en la habitación. Definitivamente volveremos. La playa está a 10 minutos caminando.

Hotel muy agradable, con orden, limpieza y con importantes remodelaciones recientes en habitaciones y áreas sociales. Para nosotros, lo que fue positivo es que realmente son "Pet Friendly", pues no tuvimos ningún inconveniente en ese sentido. Volveremos!
