"We were staying with a group of very good friends. The house was great with beautiful views to the north. Castino is 30 minutes away from most of the places to see in the area. So we spent mornings traveling out to sightsee and evenings hanging around the villa cooking, drinking wine and telling stories. Joseph and Anne made us dinner one evening and it was an exceptional four-course meal. The kitchen is very well stocked with respect to utensils and tools for cooking. We also used the charcoal grill for cooking. The pool had been closed for the winter season, so we couldn't access it. We did go into Castino one evening for pizza at Momito's. The pizza was very good and the place was packed when we left. Unfortunately, the other restaurant in town seems to have closed. We did not venture out to nearby villages for meals. Overall the trip was wonderful, the villa suited our needs well and interaction with Anne was easy. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your house. "
