"This hotel is in an epic location, just off of Broadway and Times Square. Easily accessible from a number of Subway stations. The staff were very helpful and kind. My only complaint is that the room was extremely small (likely to be expected for NYC in this area, though!) and quite dated. No mini fridge, and dated furniture, bedding, etc. There is no lobby bar or restaurant, but there are plenty of pubs, restaurants and street vendors within a few steps."

"Strange place - kinda cool, kinda eerie. Lots of tiny rooms packed into this hotel. The hallways feel like an institution, but the room itself was fun for one night. Would stay again, price is good"

"Room was super clean. Staff was incredibly helpful, they helped me extend my checkout easily and also helped me store my luggage. One thing I will say is I thought that luggage storage was free but it is $3 per bag!"

"The hotel itself is good - getting to be a bit dated and could benefit from a refresh, but not too bad. However, our $300 headphones were stolen from our room by the cleaners. We reported the theft and security plans to conduct an investigation, but didn’t inspire much confidence in the likelihood that they will be recovered or that we’d be compensated."
