"We had a wonderful week at this beautiful cottage. It’s spacious, well equipped & the views from the windows are priceless! We enjoyed watching the cows going in & out for milking & the house martins swooping about. There are lots of walks in the local area & it is a great spot from which to explore both the Wye Valley & the Forest of Dean. Would highly recommend a visit to the local pub at Woodcroft - easy to walk there across the fields & it’s very dog friendly. We just wish we could have stayed at the cottage longer!"

"What a fantastic hidden little gem! I’d say top 5 hotels I’ve ever stayed at and one of those was the Marina Bay Sands! The interior design is absolutely gorgeous. The quality of everything is high, and you know the business does not hold back in pampering their customers in luxury! The bed was extremely comfortable, not sunken in and linen was soft. The shower was phenomenal, with really high quality shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. We also had breakfast included which again, high quality ingredients and hot breakfast made to perfection. Large selection for continental breakfast too, nice granola, fresh fruit including strawberries, lovely cheeses and cured meats. The outside garden and fire pit is lovely too. Highly recommend and would love to stay again! 朗❤️"

"The Nook was everything we'd hoped it would be, cosy quiet and relaxing with wonderful views. A get away from it all with my husband where we enjoyed a couple of lazy days. A walk through the fields to the pub and the rest of the time at the nook taking in the views from the hot tub. The milkshakes were delicious too!"

"Fantastic place and great Settings handy for Forest od Dean and SEWales. Super clean (I’m fussy) and kitchen very well equipped and set up that I found I’d brought stuff with me that was already supplied. Great washer dryer, spacious and good quality furniture and comfy beds. Terri really good to us before, during and after our stay and posting something that my son left behind. Would recommend wholeheartedly and we will be back. We didn’t want to leave and eldest teen wanted to move in which is praise indeed."

"A beautiful cottage , well appointed and very comfortable.Nervous drivers may not like the very narrow roads round about but once at the cottage they are worth risking .More Information on local amenities/ places to visit would have helped plan our days out .Closures of shops , attractions ( Tintern especially) on Monday and Tuesday was puzzling in view of limited tourist attractions in the area"
