"Front desk is great, shuttle driver was excellent helping with the luggages and information, however the cafe closed way early than advertised 2pm even though I beg for a cup of coffee around 11:45am, they said a staff didn’t show up so they have to close, disappointed with that! But everything else was great!"

"Had a long stay and everything was top notch except housekeeping missed my room a couple of times and was incomplete a couple of others. Nonetheless, I’ll be back. The bar was really well-stocked with higher-end offerings! A real upgrade!"

"This was my first time staying here and if the prices were more reasonable we would stay here all the time if we go to universal studios. Only thing I didn’t like was the shower water pressure. Bed and pillows were lovely and comfortable."
