""Very disappointing experience. I booked a hotel through Expedia because it showed a total payment of ₹0 and the booking looked confirmed. After reaching the hotel, I was informed that the room could not be provided and there was confusion regarding the payment status. I contacted customer support and was told the issue would be resolved and check-in would happen, but I ended up wasting around 2 hours without getting a proper solution. This caused unnecessary stress and ruined my experience. Customers should not have to face such confusion after receiving a booking confirmation. If a booking is not valid, it should be clearly mentioned beforehand instead of making customers waste their time. I expected a smooth process but unfortunately had a very poor experience.""

"Worst Ramada hotel I have been too. The property has not be taken care of. The bathroom were mouldy. Bedroom had so many mosquitoes , when asked for an all out. They said they didn’t have any available. Considering all the all outs were being used by other rooms the owner knows their is problem. So why not get more all out and also get pest control. I have stayed at many Ramada hotels, this is definitely the worst one. This place is ruining Ramada’s reputation. the breakfast was below average."

"On arrival, I was told the government didn't allow me to stay in the building as a foreigner. Instead of the place I'd picked for being 2 minutes from the metro with "deluxe" in the title, I was assigned to another "Shri Sai Guest House" that would only be 11 minutes from the metro if the gravelly road to it weren't clogged by crazed traffic and my phone and I didn't have to keep working hard to find it. It had no shower, no toilet paper, and hot and cold water only available through separate taps. I could feel every spring of the mattress. The window let in a mosquito that never let me sleep."
