"I have feedback to the staff to inform the management to consider providing liquid soap instead of bar soap to the hotel guest. When the bar soap is wet it stick to soap bar tray which is not possible to remove & need to take another new piece. Hope the management will consider this."

"The hotel is about 10 to 15min walk from City Square and easy to get to. Initially, we did not know how to get there, so took a bus from JB Sentral, #J10 and drop about 350 meters from it. Staff guided us to go to the 3rd floor carpark and turn right towards Public Bank, City Square is just after it."
