Power Notes
Power outages can occur in Puerto Rico. A backup battery system keeps essential items running (lights, fridge, fans, TV). During outages, high-energy appliances are unavailable: A/C, microwave, hair dryer, water heater, washer, and dryer. While we strive for reliability, occasional interruptions may still occur due to factors beyond our control.

• A/C is available in bedrooms only
• Starter supplies (toilet paper & shampoo) provided for ~3 days
• Laundry detergent not provided (stores nearby, including Walmart)
• Booking confirms acceptance of the rental agreement and house rules
