"The hotel is beautiful, they have a free happy hour every day at 5 PM, they almost always give me a bottle of champagne, even if I don’t get the upgrade, the staff is incredible. They always carry my luggage to my room. The rooms are impeccably, clean and have a lot of little gifts inside like chocolate robes and slippers. All in all it’s just a great day and it’s my second time and I will stay again. "

Relatively safe area to be at because there’s plenty of security walking around for everyone safety. Lots of great small vendors at night across the hotel. Do be prepared to pay tourists prices in the area. I would gladly go back to this hotel again. "

"Excelente ubicación me encantó!!!! pero faltan cosas esenciales q se le brindan a los huéspedes no hay jabonera para colocar el jabón no hay clinex no hay plancha d ropa no dejan ni siquiera agua para tomar y el desayuno nada d variado todos los días lo mismo. "
"The apartment is charming, overlooking a square with restaurants. The owner is super nice, helpful, resourceful, accommodating. The neighborhood is in my opinion the most pleasant one, very lively and charming. The apartment is cosy and makes you feel at home."

"Room was quite spacious but no fridge. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is drinking water in the breakfast area. Location wise, the path to the hotel seems a bit sketchy at night. It’s a 30 min walk to the main attractions. There are lots of things to explore on the way so not bad. Overall a good place to stay at."

"Loved this hotel. We came back 3 separate times as Santiago was our home base. For the price we paid, we were very satisfied. Shared bathrooms were not a problem and there were enough that it almost felt like we had our own bathroom. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was delightful and very helpful. "
