But we asked about the availability of a quieter room and were immediately given a room on the 16th floor, high above traffic and with a terrific view of the Santa Lucia park. The area was excellent with roof top bars, a grocery store and Lastarria district with street vendors and restaurants close by. The old town sites are within an easy walk. Excellent location."
