"Very friendly welcome. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and well lit. The bed was so comfortable. They even had a robe available in the room. The complimentary breakfast was nice and Hot. All in all highly recommend 10/10! "

"Parking was easy. I didn't need to cook, but if I did, there were plenty of pots & pans. Love that there was a bath tub, as I stayed in Yorkton because of the long days. Host was great about adjusting check out too. Was heading out at 8, but not leaving town until the afternoon. We met in the middle. "

"Not enough parking, my room didn’t have fresh clean sheets smelled of body order. Even when bring it to attention of the staff they still just made the bed and only changed pillow cases. There are water marks on ceiling of bathroom and the rugs need a clean. I e machine out of order. And ice in from of lobby not shoveled. Staff although friendly should be dressed neatly . "

"Was given a room where smoke detector was damaged and dangling down from the ceiling, ceiling paint was cracked near the smoke detector, paint was damaged near doors, and tv screen crackled until it warmed up (ran for +10 minutes)."

"Close to the hockey Arena and somewhat “affordable”. For $100 bucks a night, one can’t really complain. These days! It didn’t seem like it was cleaned properly, but the sheets and towels were clean. No bugs, thank goodness. And no plug for the tub. So don’t expect to have a nice soak. The Owner seemed to be the only real “staff” around. Busy guy, running the business alone. Still, He was helpful and attentive. I would stay here again. 2 cozy, comfortable nights. But if you are a neat freak…Don’t expect hotel cleanliness’s! "

"Room was clean and spacious. Three beds was great. Staff was friendly and so were the construction workers who were renovating the other rooms. Very quiet. The kitchen was stocked with kitchen ware so you are able to cook in which was a big bonus. "
