Our stay was for 1ngt for Chinese lunar so we could mix with the festivities the hotel was lovely staff where great room was nice and quiet and comfortable cleanliness was very good but imo could do with a make over but on the whole very nice stay oh also tv could do with a few western channels

hotel concierge is very kind and hotel pool area is very beautiful but the linen is always humid and the humidity of the room is impossible to control with airconditioner. other things are good but because of this issue, i'd rather go stay in other hotels

Honest review. It’s old, it’s not horrible there is some faded and out dated furniture is some of the rooms it looks like they have done upgrades to the rooms but the hotel is not great it’s poorly designed elevators are tiny we called front desk because we ran out or toilet paper they showed up 2 hours later called for luggage service nobody answered just not a place I would stay at again. Pattaya has many decent places for a decant price unless ur desperate I would keep lokking

This was a beautiful property and was more than I expected. The staff was very nice. I did not like that I requested a higher floor and they said the hotel was booked and they did not have extra rooms. However, when they gave me a 2nd floor room, none of those rooms were ready, the bell attendant and I walked on the floor and saw all doors open and the maid service was in the middle of cleaning them all, so they had to give me a room on the third floor.

Lying managers and chaos at the checkin

Unfortunaly so even if the rooms were good so the service given was terrible. Especially because the manager lied and tried all kind of things to just make our request go away. After a checkin that took over 1h the problem had just started. We got a room that was already occupied and they even tried to deliver our luggage to that room, only pure luck that one of our friend saw it and could intervene. Rooms are good, but hold on to your luggage and don't trust the managers.

Old, but good location

Somewhat run down hotel, sporting old pictures online, that gives a far better impression than reality. Reality is that the hotel is old, it has water damage that is not fixed, buidings have settled, and occasionally you see doora that wont open or close. Cracks in walls, ceilings and floors., problems covered with carpets, plants or decorations. Parking is gone, in favor of a new wing it looks like. The large garden and pool are gone in favor of an overpriced, but nor very good restaurant, and some sort of indoor lounge area serving the pool, for no apparent reason. What is left of the pool has no way to safely enter or exit it, and the rest of the hotel is equally handicap unfriendly. There is no way to the breakfast restaurant without having to walk both UP stairs, and down again. And considering the amount of stations at breakfast, and the price of it, i would have expected something significantly better. The staff is serviceminded, helpful and friendly, but that isnt really enough to make this feel like the luxury resort it pretends to be. In essense, this hotel needs a large overhaul. That said, the location is still excellent, so if you dont mind the strange floorplan, cramped space and other annoyances, this is still something that i moght consider again. Now that my expectations have been lowered, i know what i am paying for
