"The room was clean. Curtains were unhooked and falling down. In the bathroom, the basin tap was very loose and the plug didn’t work for the bath - it wouldn’t drain. Had to request a room clean when we went out for dinner as it hadn’t been done. "

"Check on was great, quick and friendly. Room was big and very clean. Parking was underground and tight to get in and low ceilings and pretty expensive on top of room rate. Breakfast was minimal and again expensive for what was on offer. Paid for breakfast but was up all night sick and didn’t eat but never got refunded. "

"Pet friendly. In pedestrianised square. Underground public parking - not for high vehicles! Hotel lovely and breakfast good too. Will definitely visit again. Plenty of restaurants and bars for food in the square. Great atmosphere. We parked near the station and walked as it wasn’t too far "

"Welcoming and helpful staff on reception. I’d chosen one of their single rooms so it was small but as advertised and perfectly fine. The hotel is well situated for exploring Reims city centre and close to bars and eateries. Parked car in municipal car park by the Boulingrin indoor market about 5 mins from the hotel which cost less than 4 Euros overnight. Nice simple typical breakfast at the hotel for a very reasonable 10 euro. Would definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit Reims again."
