"Our reservation was for 3 nights. First night was ok. When we returned to the hotel on night 2, our key cards didn't work. I went to the front desk and they re-keyed our cards. About 2 hrs later when we were almost asleep the door opened and some employee, the one who had just pre-programmed my key cards and said "oh sorry, I thought this room was empty." The next morning I mentioned it to the front desk and they said they would tell the manager. I also asked if they could bring up some fresh towels and toilet paper while we were gone. Got back to the hotel amd no towels or TP. Super frustrating."

"Great place to stay, very quiet in new subdivision. House was super clean and very comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishware. The back yard is really nice, wished we had more time to enjoy it."
