"Stayed here recently and overall had a solid experience. The room was clean, amenities were decent, and the location made it super easy to catch buses to the ski hills - which was a big plus. Hot tub was really amazing - great views of the mountains.
But honestly, the highlight of our stay was a staff member named Reese. Without being asked, Reese tracked down a microwave, toaster, and cutlery for us - the kind of initiative you just don't expect from hotel staff. Friendly, proactive, and genuinely went out of their way to make our stay better. That's the kind of person who deserves to move up.
Minor note: a vacuum pass during a multi-night stay would've been appreciated, but it's a small thing. Would stay again - especially knowing Reese is on the team."
