"The room was very clean receptionist and elderly lady was very nice and helpful .but I am very disappointed with a male staff the airline email me 12am change my booking the shuttle was scheduled to get me 8.30 am so I whent to frunt desk I ask the man staff to call the shuttle to reschedule my pickup ..."
