"Loved the location and the view of the bay. The house was spotless, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The beds are comfortable, and the linens are nice and cozy. I didn't notice that there was no dining room table, and we were here in March, so it was too cold to eat outside. Can't fault the house as it is clear from the pictures. The house does have stools around the kitchen island, so that works too. The house gets very bright, especially as the sun is going down, but there are nice shades along that side that you might have to close for a few hours. Needed to contact the management company to get the wi-fi password. They were very responsive and helpful. All in, pay attention to the photos, and if the layout works for you, then I'd book it! "

"The room was very clean the location was exactly where we wanted not in the middle of anything but very close to all the places we wanted to go. The property is a little dated but kinda in a weird way adds to the charm"

"A lovely house with so many windows both upstairs and down. The upstairs’ bedrooms were good sized, comfortable, with sliding doors opening to a balcony! The property is on a dead-end road so it is very quiet all around. Safe for pets and children. The kitchen was very functional with every dish, pots & pans, and utensils you would ever need! "This is a new listing so everything inside the house is new and very clean. There is tons of room, so it's a great house for large groups. Just a correction on an earlier review about the house being "quiet" for folks who don't know the Cape. This house backs onto Route 6 with a low ridge separating the two. You won't see but you WILL hear traffic even at night with the windows closed (as trucks service Ptown) unless you have the AC on, and you will most certainly hear it when you sit outside. This won't necessarily bother everyone, but if you're hoping for nature sounds, look for something farther away from the highway. "
