The villa is distributed all on first floor, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub and one recently renovated with shower, living-dining room with air conditioning, glazed terrace at the entrance of the house and a semi-independent kitchen well equipped with dishwasher, toaster, a large American fridge, coffee maker, oven, etc.. The two bedrooms are equipped with TV, air conditioning in the large bedroom and the other has a fan, all windows with mosquito nets.From the living-dining room there is direct access to the semi-covered terrace with table and chairs and ceiling fan, there is also a summer kitchen, well equipped also with ceiling fan, refrigerator, microwave, camping gas, all the necessary utensils and independent access to one of the bedrooms. 
The sunny pool area invites you to sunbathe and relax on the sun loungers under the palm trees or lie in the hammock. You can also take a stroll in the large plot behind the house with a beautiful garden with Mediterranean plants and fruit trees. 
 
The villa and the terraces are fully furnished and equipped; Spanish and German satellite TV, Wifi internet, dishwasher, washing machine, infrared heating in the living-dining room, wood-burning barbecue, outdoor shower with hot water.
Private parking inside the fully fenced plot. The house has security cameras in the garage area and at the back of the garden, where a very friendly kitten lives. 
Quiet location 10 km from the fine sandy beach. Monte Pego has its own small infrastructure with several restaurants and tennis courts. The old town of Pego with several supermarkets and its attractive weekly market is also 7 km from the villa. Likewise, the village of Els Poblets, with a supermarket and several shops, is only 10 minutes away, as is the ‘El Portal de la Marina’ shopping centre.
The region of Dénia, located on the warm Costa Blanca, is an ideal place to spend your holidays. Enjoy its mild temperatures throughout the year, long sandy and rocky beaches that contrast with the green landscape of orange trees. Dénia is 20 minutes away by car and has a good infrastructure of bars, restaurants, a wide range of leisure activities, a marina, a fishing port, an interesting historic centre and excellent cuisine. Various sports can be practised on its long and varied beaches. And we mustn't forget the bustling nightlife. Two golf courses, Oliva Nova Golf and La Sella Golf Resort, are 12-18 km away from the villa. Monte Pego is located between Valencia and Alicante, both airports are an hour and 15 minutes away by car.
