"Excellent hotel, great room. Close to shopping centre and food options. Only downside is there was an ice dispenser outside of our family room which when used was extremely loud. Not a great location seeing as a family room usually means children or infants sleeping so the ice dispenser wakes everyone up. Perhaps move it to near the lifts?"

"Typical English breakfast with a few other options. It's about 25 mins walk to the WB studio tour, which is why I stayed originally the first time...but I've been back since because I love the venue. Staff were amazing....I've stayed here a few times and they've always looked after me. I'd give ten stars if I could."

"This is a little gem of a hotel, while the rooms are on the smaller size they are well equipped and have everything you need (apart from a fridge). Staff are friendly and keen to help, bar area is brilliant with the table top interactive game, shuffle board, interactive darts and ps5’s. Had the duck pizza which was a winner. Didn’t use the spa due to the cost but hopefully will on our next visit. Breakfast was nice and fresh, good coffee and a lovely view of the lake. All in all this is a nice...
