Nestled in a historical Pekin neighborhood, this 2 story house will be your new favorite stay. Relax and enjoy time with friends, family or co-workers in this large 2 story home approximately 10 blocks from downtown Pekin. Great neighborhood to take pleasure in a walk on a sunny day. Enjoy the hot tub that seats 7. High speed internet is excellent and 2 TVs with Roku with Hulu and Netflix available on both. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area, making your meal times convenient and easy. Washer and dryer provided in the unfinished basement, making those longer stays all that much more comfortable. Get a good night's sleep on the spacious beds, dressed in fresh crisp linens. Plenty of parking available in the back of the house as well as street parking for your convenience. There is one main floor bedroom. Two of the upstairs bedrooms are connected and you must walk through one room to get to the other bedroom. Disclosure: There are 2 outdoor security cameras on the property; 1 on front porch and the other on the back of the house facing the hot tub, back yard and majority of the back drive.

Our family stayed here for State Track and Field. The house was a short 15 minute drive from Eastside Center in Peoria and had food/walgreens/ shopping near by. The hot tub was a great addition to the house too. Definitely will stay here again!

Every year my friends and I go on our annual disc golf trip. Knowing IL is a hot spot for disc golf we decided to head south this year and landed this beautiful place for our stay. We were within 20 min of 5 major courses which was awesome The house was very clean. Hot tub was a luxury and was perfect after coming back and needing to relax the legs from walking all day

This home was well stocked, very clean and spacious for our 3 generation family. The hot tub was a nice benefit. We loved having the front porch to gather on. It was just a short walk to downtown Pekin. My only suggestion would be new mattresses...I slept in 2 of the 5 and they were both too soft for me.

We needed to be in the area for a wedding and didn’t expect to find much in Pekin. This was a perfect fit for our family. The house was perfect for our needs: easy to coordinate with Debra, and well outfitted. I think we stayed here on the hottest day … ever… and it was comfortable. Solid accommodations. Thanks Debra.

The only thing worth mentioning is one of the twin bed mattresses upstairs is VERY loud and rather uncomfortable. Any shifts or adjustments while lying were loud enough to wake my partner who is a light sleeper. Nextdoor neighbor’s dog barked all night as well (to no fault of the VRBO owner obviously). Outside of that small complaint, the property was exactly as listed and a great time.

We truly enjoyed our stay. We only stayed one night, we had a musical to go to in Peoria. My youngest son has already asked to stay again, he loved the space!! The house was easy to find, in a great neighborhood, very clean, plenty of towels and accessories in the bathrooms. Extra blankets, pillows, laundry, etc. Kitchen had everything a person would need to fix a meal and coffee was provided, thank you very much!! We are hoping to visit the area again, maybe this summer, and stay longer. Very comfortable and welcoming!!

This house was perfect for our needs. We were at a convention in the area and the house provided just what we needed for a homey stay for a couple of days. The cleanliness was impeccable. Not a speck of dust or dirt anywhere. The kitchen was well stocked. There are plenty of beds. We had 8 people and fit the house well. Even had a small yard for our little guy to play in on the beautiful spring day. The neighborhood was great too. We took a walk around a couple of blocks and felt very safe. Very close drive to a couple of stores and restaurants. We couldn't have been happier. Thank you for sharing your home with us and the great service you provide!

A charming and immaculately clean, older home with plenty of space for us to host our adult children and family in the area for Christmas. The host was very helpful with our timing and supplying a decorated Christmas tree. Lots of comfortable seating space and a big dining table/chairs to fit 8. I gave an overall 4 star rating due to the squeaky stairs (tough for different wake up times) 😏 . And, for there being a camera pointed at the hot tub. Just seemed weird. We loved using the hot tub. It sure was a bonus! The beds were comfortable, plenty of closets and a well stocked kitchen. They supplied coffee filters, salt & pepper, cooking oil, and sugar and flour when we were there. This may fluctuate. I highly recommend this place if you need five bedrooms and enjoy a hot tub!!

We enjoyed our stay with Debra. She was very nice when booking and helped with any questions we had. The place was large and had beds for everyone, which were pretty comfortable! We loved having a full kitchen, it was great except we wish the pots/pans and utensils werent so worn and chipped, but they were still functional. We enjoyed the hot tub except the jets weren't very strong no matter what we did, so that was a little disappointing but still nice to relax. The house overall was a little dusty, most of us woke up with bad allergies the next day. As a professional deep clean specialist, things could've been cleaner. There was also a hole in the front window that wasps were getting into the house from. So we had to battle with wasps from time to time. It was a good stay for the most part. I definitely don't think it was worth 581 for 2 nights though. I'd recommend to anyone with a large group that is only staying a few nights. The area was quite and great spot for a walk.

Stay was problem free. Great house for families. One of the rooms can only be accessed through another room so that was slightly awkward as coworkers, but just a minor detail. No problem for families. Checkout process was clean and simple. Would/ will probably return next year if available!
