Excellent! Lovely weather with snow and sunshine. Good outdoor activities, Restaurants etc. The best...a direct bus from Rovaniemi Airport right upto the Hotel door step:-)

Upea hotelli näkymillä

Hienot maisemat huoneen ikkunasta, hyvä aamiainen ja uloskirjautumisen jälkeenkin sai päivän patikoinnin jälkeen käydä suihkussa. Ehkä pieni moite huoneessa siitä, että sängyn päällä ei ole kunnon valaistusta (varsin monessa hotellissa nykyään).

Tunturifiilis hukassa

Perinteinen talvilomamatka aikuisten kesken aina ihanalle Pyhälle. Hotelli on sijainniltaan ylivertainen ja oheispalveluiltaan hyvä (sauna, Ärrä, kiva ravintola). Kokemuksesta jää kuitenkin vuosi toisensa jälkeen nihkeä tunnelma: palvelu on ankeaa ja kylmää. Laskureissuilla olisi mahdollisuus saavuttaa ihan oma tunnelmansa kun paikan työntekijöillä on hyvä fiilis ja josta asiakkaat pääsevät osaksi, ollaanhan potentiaalisesti yhteisen intohimon äärellä. Pyhällä pakolliset toiminnot hoituvat, mutta yhtään ylimääräistä tervehdystä, kiitosta tai kontaktia ei oteta. Myös paljon mainostetu hissilippuale jäi meiltä jo toista vuotta peräkkäin saamatta. Tästä kaikesta poikkeuksena aamiaishuoneen (uusi iloinen) henkilökunta ja aurinkoiset siivoojat!

Vastaanoton työntekijästä jäi epämukava olo. Ei toivottanut tervetulleeksi, antoi vain huoneen avaimen, sanoi että katsokaa lapusta miten muut palvelut avoinna. Myös pois lähtiessä ei toivottanut uudestaan tervetulleeksi tai kysellyt miten loma meni. Huoneen siivouksessa pieniä puutteita, pölyä siellä täällä, vessassa roiskeita. Hotellin ravintolassa todella mukava henkilökunta, aamupala oli hyvä sekä ravintolan ruoka hyvä. Yleisvaikutelma hyvä hotellista.

Huoneesta oli upea näköala, aamiainen oli hyvä, linja-autopysäkki ihan hotellin edessä. Patikointireiteille pääsi hyvin hotellilta käsin, ei ollut välttämätöntä kiertää luontokeskuksen kautta. Hotellin edustalla oli remonttityömaa, mutta siitä oli vain esteettistä haittaa. Hotels.comin kartta näytää väärään paikaan, hotelli sijaitsee lähes puolivälissä rinteitä, Calle-talon lähellä.

Ystävällinen henkilökunta, hyvä ravintola, loistava sijainti aivan rinteen vieressä. Huone siisti ja hienot näkymät. Lattialämmitys eteisessä - sai hyvin monot kuiviksi yön aikana. Huonekohtainen lukollinen suksivarasto alakerrassa. Sängyt kaipaisivat patjojen uusintaa - muuten aivan mainio hotelli.

Huoneen varustus ja kalustus

Sängyt, patjat, tyynyt ja fleece Pyhä-Ruka viltti täysin loppuunkäytetyt! Muutakaan oleskelutilaa ei huoneessa ole kuin sänky, siksi saisi olla päiväpeitto ja lämmikeviltti sekä lukulamput molemmille. Huoneen pöytävalaisimet olivat yleisvalot. Hyvää oli kuivaustangot kylpyhuoneessa ja eteisen säilytystilat sekä upea näköala ikkunastamme.

Luontoretkeilijän näkökulmasta oivallinen sijainti, helppo singahtaa alueen luontokohteisiin. Hiukan aikansa elänyt atmosfääri, mutta siisti ja nyt ainakin hyvin rauhallinen. Ei huono, meitä palveli halutusti.
