The King room with spa bath was clean and comfortable, all needs met, although was a little old in appearance.
Clean, friendly staff, lovely units, and the walks around the property are great for spots to sit and enjoy watching the kangaroos and taking in the serenity of the place 👍💯
The room and bed were comfy, we had a really good night's sleep! The walk around the lake was easy and enjoyable for everyone young and old:) lovely to see the kangaroos around in the evening, and the ducks in the morning:)
A lovely couple of days in a beautiful location. Great food in the restaurant. Wonderful to see kangaroos grazing on the lawn and a variety of different birds.
Good, friendly service. Very tidy room despite its age.
Top quality restaurant with plenty of variety on the menu. Good food, well-presented. Good service.
Good base for visiting Pemberton. Family friendly and accommodating staff. Food hearty German influenced. The grounds are extensive and have a wide variety of wildlife. Walking routes nearby.
Very nice place to stay. Stunning surroundings. However, I would not recommend Shefingo's, the restaurant on site. Service excellent but the food that I and my friends had, tasted as was cooked by an amateur.

Very clean comfortable room with all that was necessary had we brought our own breakfast supplies. Friendly staff in a lovely country setting. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and breakfast was well catered for too. Easy walk around the lake/dam with lots of bird life, plus wallabies/kangaroos to watch.
We enjoyed our stay, the staff were friendly and the grounds are beautiful. However, we had specifically booked a room with a jetted tub and we did not receive this room. Felt like we had been downgraded.
The Lodge was fabulous. Very comfortable.
Beautiful property. Peaceful overnight.
Would love to stay again.
One small thing for housekeeping, it was great having crockery, cutlery, cutting board, etc with a basket containing dishwashing liquid, sponge and an electrostatic clothe … but no tea towel ???
Because I left my paperwork at home, went to property before check-in to see we were at the right property. Told in no uncertain terms "we were to early so will have to come back". We did mention why we were early and did not expect to be able to check-in. Dining experience - staff were excellent, when paying we mentioned tip, told not to as The Boss keeps it all!
Check in process was easy and I felt very welcomed. The room felt very homey and was very clean. There was a variety of options from the minibar and kitchen (including appliances etc). Nice walk around the property to view the lake and wild life around (birds, kangaroos).
It’s probably the most comfortable hotel stay we’ve ever had. We also had dinner at the restaurant, the food was awesome and the service was great! Looking forward to stay again one day, thank you.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Overall nice experience and the location was lovely. Would probably not dine at the restaurant again. However the staff were friendly and accomodating. Bathroom could have a few more amenities, (bath mat, hand towel and shower curtain)
A beautiful place to stay, I loved the surroundings, wildlife and accessibility into town. We enjoyed the meal at the restaurant though would have liked a staff person on hand to help with operating the pancake machine. We did get help from the front desk personnel but perhaps a person in the dining room would be better. Very friendly cleaning staff, greeted with a smile.
