"The hotel rooms were clean and tidy but the buildings themselves are ageing. Staff were exceptional. Breakfast food was fantastic. I just didn't like the fact people were allowed to smoke during Breakfast and other meals. Very off-putting. The swim up bar was great, the area was good and plenty of restaurants , shopping and other activities nearby. Overall I'd visit again. Good value for money."

"Whilst the hotel is beautiful, rooms are dark and dated. Breakfast coffee is not good which is a real shame as the coffee you order from the bar and restaurant is very nice! Beds ultra comfy and the air con in the rooms is perfect. If you have a late shower, water not hot enough! Overall a good hotel, but room for improvement."

"Place was unbelievable. You can’t even tell you are in the middle of a busy city. Staff is beyond helpful. Rooms are clean and fixed up daily. Pool and garden were also maintained very well"

"The service and staff at this property are exceptional. They are all extremely considerate, kind, friendly, and extremely customer service oriented. The property is well maintained with a few minor areas showing some aging. I would highly recommend a stay here!"
