Extremely Bad: 1. There was a raw sewage smell coming from bathroom drain. 2. The pillows and linen to had a foul odor. 3. There was hair everywhere in the room and bathroom. 4. The bathroom sink faucet did not work, couldn’t even wash my hands. 5. Broken gate motor that left the vehicles unsecured in the parking lot across a busy street. 6. The breakfast spread was average for two days and on the third day breakfast was the bare minimum. We left the hotel and did not even eat breakfast on the fourth day. 7. The hotel denied Expedia a $70.00 refund request for one first night due to (GOL Airlines Severe Weather Delay) arriving a day late.

Check in muito rápido, recepção feita por Gustavo, excelente pessoa, muito educado, com muita empatia perguntou se tínhamos muitas malas, se precisava de carrinho, ofereceu-nos cafezinho, nos apresentou alguns pontos da cidade, restaurantes, pizzaria. São pequenas atitudes que fazem a diferença. Café da manhã simples mas com qualidade, atendeu nossas espectativas. Limpeza do quarto diária. Acesso ao Beto Carrero muito fácil, estacionamento oferecido fácil para manobrar em frente ao hotel. Funcionários todos super educados. Valeu a estadia.

A infraestrutura é bem fraca, no sentido de qualidade mesmo. A limpeza é bem limitada, paredes sujas, toalhas bem desgastada.. Enfim, pontos positivos: café da manhã e o fato de ter piscina. Mas não recomendo em termos de conforto e limpeza.

Ferias incrível com família

Super recomendado! Tudo foi perfeito! Nos hospedamos para visitar o parque Beto Carrero e adoramos a experiência. O quarto era maravilhoso, limpo e muito confortável. A piscina aquecida foi um diferencial – quentinha e ideal para aproveitar mesmo com o frio. Parabéns a todos os envolvidos, desde a recepção até o atendimento, que foi excelente. A localização também é ótima: mercado e restaurante próximos, e o parque fica a apenas 5 minutos de Uber. Do local até o aeroporto, levamos cerca de 25 minutos de carro. Com certeza voltaremos!

Foi razoávwel, sem luxo nenhum, não tem coisinhas de banheiro, o quarto é bem basico, as cobertas, a pintura é feia, tem buracos no teto. É limpo, tem toalhas finas e limpas, chuveiro é quente e a cama boa. Particularmente não gostei do café da manhã.

O quarto limpo lençóis e toalhas ,ficamos no 4 andar , estava fresco nem precisei usar ar-condicionado...café da manhã para mim estava ótimo completo (tanto para quem é vegano ,quem faz dieta, e quem come bastante)...próximo da praia e próximo do parque famoso Beto carreiro , paguei de Uber para ir 7 reais a volta 15 por ser a noite ...quem gosta de andar da para ir andando , mais aconselho pegar transporte assim aproveita mais o passeio ...não aproveitei a piscina pois fiquei poucos dias para aproveitar tudo .o atendimento quando fui fazer o check in o Paulo foi super atencioso, na verdade os atendentes de vários turnos foram bem prestativos.

De positivo o hotel é limpo e bem simples. Condizente com o valor da diária. Não gostei porque quando chegamos estava garoando e o estacionamento era só do outro lado da rua. Não vi isso mencionado em nenhum local... Que o estacionamento não seria no próprio hotel. Hoje de manhã quando fui pegar meu carro o local de estacionamento estava todo encharcado. Achei o colchão muito duro. A luz ficava desligando durante a noite. Toda hora tinha que recolocar o cartão. E o café da manhã bem ruim. Pouca variedade. Não tinha pão de queijo. As piscinas não são parecidas com as das fotos.

No geral bom

No geral foi bom o atendimento, só pecou um pouco no café da manhã que é bom mas colocam só margarina, não há manteiga disponível e faltou papel higiênico no quarto e tive que buscar na portaria não entregaram no quarto ( achei estranhotal atitude do hotel.)
