Ótimo custo benefício

Ótima pousada, ambiente bonito, confortável e seguro. Piscina aquecida e play para as crianças. Próximo ao Beto Carrero e ainda com serviço de leva e trás R$20 por família, ótimo custo pensando que embora a caminhada era curta, mas com crianças o deslocamento de carro sempre é mais fácil. Funcionários simpáticos. Hotel em reforma com potencial de ficar ainda melhor

Recomendo muito

Tudo maravilhoso, mas gostaria de ressaltar alguns pontos para melhoria: a água da piscina estava turva na maior parte dos dias, foram arrumar só perto do final de semana. Para trancar a porta do quarto tem que tirar a chave da luz, de forma que o quarto fica todo sem energia enquanto você tenta abrir a porta no escuro (poderiam colocar uma trança automática). A porta do banheiro era antiga, enguiçada e não trancava. E a pousada não tem elevador, importante saber disso. Ademais aparentemente foi mudada recentemente a política de cobrança de refeições para crianças de 2 ou 3 anos, de forma que nos disseram que nosso filho de 2 anos não pagava a refeição, mas em uma das noites a atendente quis cobrar alegando que ele pagaria, causando certo constrangimento.

Expectativa frustradas

Fui hospede em 2018 e retornei agora em 2025 com altas expectativas por conta da ampliação e reforma, mas estas foram frustradas. Primeiro, as fotos do anúncio e as enviadas por WhatsApp do quarto econômico nao condizem com o quarto que nos foi oferecido. A tentativa de fazer separação do ambiente da cama de casal e das camas de solteiro mais ficou parecido com um puxadinho do que com um quarto de pousada, que vale ressaltar não foi barato. Marcenaria com péssimo acabamento, ar condicionado em cima da divisão de madeira que separa os ambientes das camas, e com a madeira de sustentação sem acabamento. Banheiro precisando de faxina, pois por ser com revestimento branco estava tudo encardido, e box mal instalado que nos ocasionou o transtorno de em todo o banho inundar o banheiro e a água escorrer ate os quartos. Esse transtorno só foi resolvido no último dia de estadia com a troca do chuveiro e reforço do silicone do box, mas quando reclamamos diretamente com a dona, a mesma pelo menos nos concedeu um jantar como cortesia na própria pousada. Piscina aquecida e jacuzzi tinham cheiro estranho. Piscina normal é de plástico e falta limpeza nas bordas que estão com limo. O legal para quem tem família são os 2 play ground das criança e copa baby. Café da manhã e jantar são bons e local onde são servidos é bonito com o preço justo. Mas no geral, decepcionante! Chegar do parque ou da praia e ao inves de relaxar ter que se preocupar em secar banheiro e quarto pós banho é difícil!

Quarto diferente do que eu reservei, sem secador de cabelo no bwc (tinha que solicitar sempre na recepção), ar condicionado com pequeno defeito. Restaurante e área das piscinas muito bom. Pousada mais dedicada a família com crianças.
