"We had an early morning flight from Bristol Airport, and after searching around we booked this accommodation due to it close proximity to the airport. Check in and check out were so easy. "We had a fantastic stay. We felt so looked after by all staff. We were particularly impressed with the young man who showed us to our room (despite a small key issue) and served us at breakfast - he was so polite and professional, he's an asset to the business! The room had everything we could need during our stay - comfy beds, nice toiletries provided in the bathroom and the biggest biscoffs I've ever seen! I would definitely recommend Creates to anyone visiting Monmouth! <3"
