"The air conditioner was wonderful. I paid a little extra for early check-in, and it was worth it. The room has no carpeting, which really works for me with allergies. Everything else was either new, refreshed, or renewed. The sheets were wonderful, and there were plenty of towels. I was able to park just at the door to my room, which was very helpful to me, a single woman over 80 years, who still drives and travels alone. The staff was more than helpful. "

"I had no shower curtain in my bathroom and the front desk person on 2 different days could have cared less. I showered without a shower curtain and no extra towels were available for me to mop up the water. The room smelled bad. My brother who was traveling with me said his room smelled bad. This is our third time to stay at this hotel and before things smelled better and I had a shower curtain. The breakfast attendant was awesome!! She recommended the yoghurt with granola which was good!"
