"This house is amazing! We had 4 generations of over 20 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. The upstairs living room was perfect for the teenagers, the pool was perfect for the little ones , and sitting out on the partially covered deck was perfect for the adults (especially when it rained). There wasn't anything we needed that the house didn't have. We cooked every night inside and grilled outside a few nights also. Midway through the trip the garbage disposal stopped working and they had a repair person there the same afternoon! The bay was perfect to float in and the teenagers and kids hunted for craps almost every night. We had an absolute blast and would recommend this house a thousand times over!"

"This property is exactly as described. It is adorable. The place was spotless. Super easy beach access. Had a girls weekend with my daughter and granddaughter. Location could not have been better as we were only a couple minutes from everything downtown."

"Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again.The location was excellent—close to the beach but away from the busiest tourist areas. Beach access was just a short walk away, and the Gulf of America views were fantastic. The patio chairs were sturdy, comfortable, and a great place to relax while enjoying the scenery.The house had plenty of room for two couples and three kids. The layout worked well, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals.The home is definitely showing its age and feels like it hasn't been updated since the 1980s. Several floor tiles were cracked and missing grout, and the stairway entrance was very dark at night. The toilets could use some maintenance, as you had to hold the handle down for a complete flush.The grills provided were pretty rough, so we ended up purchasing a grill during our stay and left it behind for future guests.The thermostat was limited to 72 degrees. Most people may be fine with that, but as a bigger guy, I prefer sleeping closer to 68.One thing future guests should know is that only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels were provided for the entire stay. For a week-long family vacation, that's a little optimistic.Despite a few maintenance issues, the property was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. The beach access, Gulf views, and quieter atmosphere made for a great family vacation."

"The description of the place was dead on. Located on the top floor. It was quiet and relaxing. Amazing views of the ocean. The place was decorated nicely. It is a studio, anymore than two people it would be cramped. The bed was very comfortable and the necessities for a 4 night stay were on hand."

"The kitchen was well-supplied. Very clean. Washer, dryer, elevator were all in good order. The owner was very pleasant and responsive. The location was great. Relaxing decks. Comfortable beds. Loved the outdoor shower. We had a great time. As anything close to the ocean does, the exterior of the house is beginning to show some wear. Salt air beats everything up...it's part of the ambiance."

"Cute one bedroom with easy beach access. Decent sized outdoor pool and a hot tub. Balcony had a great view of the beach. Loved the carts to take luggage and accessories up the Elevator. Close to food, drinks and shopping, but far enough away to avoid crowds and road traffic. Rent a bike... bike lanes everywhere. Many public golf courses within easy drives. Fort Morgan was interesting. Shrimp Basket (check out the daily specials) and Oyster House on Boardwalk are gems!!! Ducks had a great breakfast. Parlor Donuts for a yummy treat. If you have a car, Florida is a short trip. Just a great area overall."
