A Few Steps Away From the Sand and Water

Enjoy this newly renovated, Five Star Reviewed townhome located at the quiet end of Pensacola Beach. Relax on the back deck in the afternoon with direct views of Pensacola Sound or enjoy your coffee in the morning overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. San Deluna 18 is just a short walk to sitting on either beach. The complex San Deluna is a smaller private complex and offers a pool and tennis courts. The unit has just been remodeled with a relaxed coastal modern decor and is fully functional for a short or long term stay. All the items necessary to enjoy your stay are included: coolers, paddle boards, bikes, beach chairs, and umbrellas all there for your personal use. The unit has a large king bedroom with an attached bathroom. The queen bedroom also has an attached bathroom and additional twin daybed. All rooms have new wall mounted TV's. There is a new sleeper sofa and half bath downstairs. The washer and dryer are located on the main floor. Contact me with any questions. We would love to have you stay.

Relaxing and fun getaway

This property was wonderful! The host was great and had provided everything we needed so we could relax and have fun from the time we arrived. We had fun with the stand-up paddle boards on the bay side and loved being at the ocean too. The beds were comfy and water pressure was great - loved this property and would definitely recommend!

Perfect and Quiet Location for Relaxing

Everything we could have wanted was already there in the condo. Perfect size for our family of 5- 2 adults, 3 teens. Easy access to Gulf Beach, the Bay, and then of course the pool. A relaxing week of vacation was what we were looking for and exactly what we got. Didn’t even really drive anywhere else.

Great Place and Management!

The property manager was great! Made sure we had his contact information. Even contacted us mid-week to make sure we had everything we needed. Great location to bay and ocean. He had bikes, paddle boards, fishing poles, wagon/cooler for use on the beach with tons of beach supplies! Will definitely stay again!

Fantastic

We typically go to Pensacola at least twice a year and always stay down by Ft. Pickens, usually in the San De Luna complex. We have stayed in no fewer than 4 units there and this was by far the nicest. The remodel is top notch and the unit has everything you need for a great beach trip. Keith was super responsive to any questions I had and really helpful. Can’t say enough good things about our experience. Highly recommended.

Heaven on Earth

This was truly the most wonderful experience and most relaxing weekend getaway we could have hoped for and more. Keith is definitely a Premier Super Host and checked in with us frequently to make sure everything went smoothly and we had all that we needed. He went above and beyond to accommodate us and made this trip absolutely amazing. The condo is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and has all the comforts and everything you need to feel at home. The beds!!! OMG!!! THE BEDS!!! THE MOST COMFORTABLE BEDS I HAVE EVER HAD AWAY FROM HOME!!!! Believe me, when I am booking, I read reviews and that is a HUGE deciding factor for me... Next.... The location!!! If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing location ~ This is it. We had the beautiful Gulf side beaches out our front door and the serene and peaceful Santa Rosa Sound located just behind our beautiful and luxurious deck.... Definitely the best of both worlds and if that was not enough... and the most important for me.... You are in walking distance to the absolutely most BEAUTIFUL AND NATURAL Beaches of the Gulf Islands National Seashore.... just miles from the historical Fort Pickens and the most beautiful native beaches I have ever seen! We will definitely be back! Thank You Keith for your hospitality and sharing your beautiful home with us. It was definitely an unforgettable trip and memories that will last a lifetime.

Exactly as advertised and more!

The townhouse was exceptionally clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly imagine. It was recently renovated and has a nice beach vibe. The spiral staircase felt a bit tricky the first couple days, but we just took our time going up and down and had no issues. We enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails on the deck that overlooks the bay. I recommend to stack the furniture cushions near the overhang if rain is in the forecast. They dry fast but this way you can use them right away without waiting. The complex is quiet and well manicured with beach access across the street. The location is far enough away from the crowds but close enough to the shops and restaurants. Our favorite was Peg Legs - especially the oysters. We went there 3 times! The Blue Angels practice on Wednesdays and you get a great view from the end of Ft Pickens. Make sure to bring your National Park pass if you have one. We were fortunate to have near perfect weather for the 12 days of our stay. Contact with the owner was amazing. He reached out to let us know he felt the beach chairs were a little old and wanted to drop off brand new ones. He also brought 3 brand new frying pans when I mentioned the one I found was a little small. He is genuinely concerned that his guests have everything they need and more. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation. You will not be disappointed with this rental! A rare find! Thank you Keith for sharing your lovely home.

Great time and great place

Big Plus: Upon arrival, it is clear that someone is intent on offering a clean and maintained property and a pleasant experience for the guests. That continued throughout the stay. Another Big Plus: It doesn't hurt that you have a hop, a skip, and and a jump to access some INCREDIBLE sand beaches ... on BOTH sides of you and extending for miles and miles ! And, if you can't hop and certainly can't jump, you can always look out the master bedroom window for a great view of the Pensacola side. Medium Con: Both bedrooms are upstairs with only a spiral staircase as access. Very solid (made of thick steel) but not paying attention could result in bad outcome. We had a 9 year old and it worked out fine. Not sure if I would do if he was significantly younger. Our unique issue: As a family with one great cook, we appreciated the decently equipped kitchen. However, as a family, we have always shared our meals at a table instead of the island/stool solution utilized in this unit. On the flip side, the island/stool and the spiral staircase has also allowed for a very efficient utilization of the square footage of the unit. Minor Con (but expected): The outdoor pool is not heated and is cold in late Feb (when we were there). However, we discovered that the "Holiday Inn Resort Pensacola Beach" is very near and will sell a day's pass to their indoor and outdoor pools (my grandson insisted :) Obviously appreciated the experience Johnb

Gulf Coast Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location at the end of the island development brings minimal crowds on the beach and sound. We enjoyed both sides nearly every day. My son (14) and I fished everyday from the property on the sound side and across the road at the Gulf. It was our first time in Pensacola Beach. We were already talking about coming back while loading up the vehicle on departure day. Keith is also an excellent host!

Great vacation!

We had an amazing time! The location is the best, beach across the street and the sound in the back with a little beach as well. Not a crowded area either which is so nice! The condo has most things we needed stocked. Keith was a great communicator, we kept in touch. We will definitely book again!

This property was excellent. The location is perfect with close proximity to the beach, bay, and pool. The owner supplies all the things you need to enjoy the beach which was so helpful. The view of the sunset from the deck is gorgeous. The communication from the owner was thoughtful and helpful. We loved our trip and highly recommend this rental! Cheer Competition 2025

We had a Cheer Competition in Pensacola, we are a family of 6 and needed something to accommodate all of us. Even though at first things didn't match up, Keith made up for it. We came home to a surprise crumble cookie delivery and in another night dinner on him. There was so much available for my family to do, from fishing, canoeing, paddle boards, seats to sit and tan. We grilled our catch of the day. Everything was perfect, so much that we want to come back.

Perfect All Around

Keith was an amazing host! Everything was exactly as stated! The condo was in a perfect location. It was beautifully updated and super clean. Many extras (such as beach towels, a cooler, beach chairs, paper towels, paddle boards, garbage bags, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, sun umbrella, and more) were provided which made our stay even better! When we asked for a possible early check in, Keith made sure it could happen! Crumbl cookies at the end to thank us for choosing his condo was an extra special treat! Great Location!

Keith’s condo is the perfect drive down the coast. Great location with beach on one side and bay on the other, both within walking distance. The house was a good size for my family of four. The back porch was AMAZING. The sun hits it all day but does not at evening. Definitely great place to relax in the evening listening to the waves. Bonus is the amenities Keith provides. My kiddos enjoyed the paddle boards. We never made it to ride the bikes but will do next time we come for a visit. I enjoyed the covered parking and the shower outside to wash off sand. I highly recommend staying here. Will definitely be coming back!

Location could not be better!

My family and I stayed a week here for fall break. The location is perfect. We were a very short walk over the dunes to the beach, or just down the back steps and past the tennis court to the sound. We used the provided paddleboard, balloon wheeled cart, chairs, and umbrellas. Keith was easy to reach and was very timely in replacing the washer/dryer. I really don't want to advertise this place, because I don't want to have to share it - it's that good! We can't wait to book again!

Beautiful and restful vacation spot!

My husband and I had a great stay at Keith’s condo! Pictures show exactly what it looked like! Very comfortable place! Beautiful views of the gulf and sunsets and a quick walk across the street to the sandy gulf beach! Lots of nice restaurants in the area but plenty of kitchen space and utensils to cook at home, which we did! The only sad part was that it rained a lot but we still went to the beach. Keith was responsive to any and all questions. And he even surprised us with a bottle of champagne and a nice card at our door for our anniversary!! We would love to come back again! Thanks Keith!!
