It is also adjacent to the pristine Gulf Islands National Seashore. The land itself is called Santa Rosa Island; it is the world’s largest barrier island.

Cash payments are not accepted on the property for any items. Guests must provide a credit card at check-in. Resort charges can be paid directly with a credit/debit card or billed to your room number. Room charges may be settled in cash at the front desk prior to departure.

Two Tesla and Universal charging stations are available. These stations are located at Central Reception and the Lifestyle Center.

The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.
