I have been coming here every-week for months and every time the room is ready , clean and the staff are great. My mother-in-law was put on hospice and they made sure everything was good and offered to do everything they could to help. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s right in the middle of Pensacola 5-10 mins to everything. Quiet at night and good coffee in the morning. 11 out 10, 6 Gold stars and they allow pets !!!!!

Staff was definitely great! Very kind, punctual, hard working, helpful & welcoming; etcetera … lobby, front desk, foyer, hall, loading or unloading area, & room was very clean everything was nice, clean, & very well kept. All furniture, bedding, bathroom linens, appliances & decor seemed brand new. Bathrooms especially were finely kept as maintenance definitely does a wonderful job freshly caulking, touch up painting, things like that… I believe that if this establishment would upscale the breakfast items an/or even serve a small arrangement of hot foods a simple breakfast ex: (eggs grits bacon sausage biscuit toast) would suffice but for sure it needs more options of dry snack items all that is served is coffee juice granola bars honey buns danishes muffins & that’s it . Add some oatmeal hot pockets pop tarts breakfast sandwich.. microwave option foods , something… thus making this place a great stay . Perfect 10 for the cost.

My experience checking in was great. Upon entering my room, at first glance it seemed ok until I noticed certain things weren’t clean and also saw a few rodents. The noise level was overwhelming and I complained to front office about it. My staff was not what I expected and I did an early checkout

Pleasant staff. Manager required room inspection prior to checking out, which we loved! They require pet deposit so we liked this inspection so we are all on the same page. No hot food for breakfast however the variety of other breakfast items were nice. Even included bottled water. which is not common. Clean hotel and nice staff.
