Step inside and surrender to the comfort of our plush, oversized couches nestled in a cozy living area. Here, you can enjoy your favorite shows on a large, state-of-the-art flat-screen TV equipped with Roku for a wide selection of entertainment options.

A fully-equipped kitchen, flaunting sleek stainless steel appliances and abundant counter space, is at your disposal. Connect it with an intimate, eat-in dining room, and you have the perfect recipe for memorable meals shared with loved ones. For your convenience, a well-appointed laundry room is situated just off the kitchen-dining area.

Our master suite, a spacious retreat, houses a king-sized bed, an additional twin bed, a generously-sized bathroom featuring a double vanity, and a substantial walk-in closet. For the younger members of your party, the second bedroom is a cozy haven with two sets of twin bunk beds. The third bedroom, complete with a queen-size bed, provides another inviting space for relaxation. Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

Getting Around:
We recommend driving or depending on where you want to go even walking, but Uber and Lyft service the area as well.

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement, and for guests to be 21 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We kindly ask guests to treat all towels and linens with care. If any items are stained or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee will be charged to cover the cost of new linens. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all future guests. Thank you for your understanding!

We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
