"Arrived at the hotel and no Family room available to us as per our booking of 2 x adults and 2 x children (both aged 10). As we had travelled for over 5 hours had no choice but to take the Double Room offered and the children had to sleep on the floor - with no bedding / pillows / put me up beds etc. made available. "This was my first time in this hotel, booked with hotels.com. This hotel was very clean, well maintained, and its staff was very friendly and helpful. I had booked a single room for 3 nights. I had booked a single room. The room was clean with all amenities. What let the room and the hotel down spectacuarly was the thinness of the wall and the noise coming from room 19 next door, with door banging and shouting atvall hours. But manager kindly moved me to a quieter room on the second night."

"Large, comfortable and clean room with all the required amenities. Staff were excellent and very friendly as well. Location was great across Swallow Falls and have ample of parking.
