"我要特別感謝櫃台的服務人員，其服務態度非常親切，當我反映住宿的房間內的洗臉台(Bathroom sink)有裂痕，可能會對使用者有險時，服務人員立即連絡幫我更換房間，而且是立刻解決，我非常感謝。此飯店最大的優勢便是離車站非常近，交通方便，也可以步行至美景宮(Schloss Belvedere)，以及步行至軍事博物館(Heeresgeschichtliches Museum)，甚至可以步行至老城區，也只要25分鐘，非常方便。我感覺奧地利的人民對於別人都非常友善，也很有禮貌，這是我第一次來到奧地利的想法，謝謝。"
