## Logement
Ideally located in a street at the Art Deco villas of Perpignan, this elegant apartment of 80 m2 is bathed in a warm and authentic atmosphere. It is located on the 1st floor without elevator and includes:
- a bedroom with a double bed;
- another room with a double bed;
- a modern kitchen with its central island;
- a functional contemporary shower;
- a dining area with table and chairs;
- a comfortable lounge to relax after a day of walking;
- a workspace;
- two balconies to enjoy a peaceful and green view of the street.

You will particularly appreciate its calm and brightness.

This home has been designed for your comfort and relaxation. To ensure an enjoyable stay for everyone, it is not suitable for young children, and we do not accommodate pets.

Everything you need to have a great stay is at your disposal, including: Wifi, Hair dryer, TV, 2 old fireplaces, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, oven, iron, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment is ideally located:
- 500m from the station,
- At 200 m from the market that occupies the Place de Belgique (open every Thursday and Sunday from 7:30 am to 12 pm).
- 10 minutes walk from the city center.

For your daily errands, a supermarket "Lidl" is 11 minutes walk.

During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the must-see sites that make the city famous, such as:
- the Palais des rois de Majorque 17 minutes walk;
- Place de la République 18 minutes by bus;
- Campo Santo 21 minutes by bus;

## Emplacement
Perpignan, the capital of Roussillon and the Eastern Pyrenees, is nicknamed "la belle Catalane". It owes this nickname to its strong Catalan identity, which it shared with Dalí, the master of surrealism, who in 1965 proclaimed Perpignan station the center of the world.
Nestled between the Mediterranean Sea and the Pyrenees, the town is ideally located, 10 minutes from the Mediterranean Sea, 30 minutes from the Spanish border and 1 h 30 from the mountains and ski resorts. It's also one of the sunniest towns in France!
