About this property

Cedar Island with Boat Dock, 1 mile from Keaton Beach

  • A few notes:An hour before until an hour after low tide, you can’t get in or out. I think most people know this about the canals but just in case.

    Come with your boat and use the dock. Great waterfront house. Front porch with wonderful sunsets every night. 3 bedroom with bunk beds, master bedroom with master bathroom. Fishing gear, canoe, kayak. Bring your boat for scallops or fishing and tie up. Watch the video. A set of swing sets for the kids too.

    House is on cement pilings and first floor is 22 feet in the air. Mezzanine deck and large private dock. Catch fish and crabs.
    Have large storage house next to it.
