"The hotel toilet shower was broken. The flooring was loose and uneven. Floor tiles were completely debonded and dislodged. The laminated flooring had wrapped and edges were tapped up. I banged my legs against the low bed frame … twice. The tooth brush supplied had their bristles loose and ended up in my mouth. Tooth paste was tastless.
