The Space:
Jarrah Valley Escape in Bedfordale by Tiny Away is just 42 minutes southeast of Perth. Our tiny house is situated in the peaceful town of Bedfordale, which is popular for hiking and cycling.
Wander around at the Wungong Dam, Churchman Brook Dam or Serpentine Dam. Each location is ideal for scenic walks, picnics, and birdwatching, offering its own unique charm for a pleasant day outdoors.
A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.

Guest Access:
Guests can access to the tiny house and garden area, except for the land host's private residence and garages.

- Extra firewood required will be additional cost $20 per bag.

Explore the natural beauty of Bungendore Park where you can find scenic trails and peaceful picnic spots surrounded by native bushland. Stroll trough the Wungong Dam and Churchman Brook Dam that provide tranquil settings for nature walks, picnicking, and birdwatching.
For adventure seekers, Seven Sins Perth Hills features exciting outdoor activities with a view of the region’s stunning landscapes. Discover Serpentine Dam National Park, a key water source for Perth known for its scenic waterfall and natural swimming spots. Meet native animals at the Armadale Reptile & Wildlife Centre or stop by the Bedfordale Bush Markets for local produce.
Getting Around:

All normal car easy driving .
By public transport:

- buses however plus a walk.
Other Things to Note:
- Wi-Fi is available
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- No smoking allowed inside, except in designated areas.
- Gas BBQ grill, electric oven, and microwave is available.
- BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban.
- Telstra mobile phone reception has a good signal. Optus has weak signal and the rest has no signal

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
