About this property
Quiet and private house. Walk to train & shops 5 minutes by car to beach. 2.
- It’s a brilliant location. Go by train all around Perth -6 minutes’ walk to the station . Need to shop , walk 200meters down the road and you will find a Coles super market. A bottle of wine, Liquor land. Both open 8am till 9pm weekdays. Fern coffee lounge for a coffee or maybe breakfast or lunch open from 6am till 2pm . Beach 5 minutes in a car.
The house .
As soon as you enter the house you will feel relaxed and calm.
Very different .Large open plan living with high ceilings and loads of light and modern decor
The space.
The house is well equipped with everything you should need for your stay from linen including beach towels, picnic rug, books, cooking utensils, washer & dryer, coffee machine, hair dryer and basic toiletries.. You can even bake a cake. Childrens toys potable cot and high chair
The train station is a few minutes walk and the next stop will take you into the heart of the Joondalup shopping & restaurant precinct.
