It was a lovely place to stay and felt luxuries. Big comfortable bed, very clean. Staff friendly and helpful, always just a phone call away. Location is very convenient, with a choice of restaurants downstairs, along with a great IGA for bits and pieces when you don’t want eat out. Walking distance to Elizabeth Quay, shopping districts and Optus Stadium, and free buses circling the city. Pool at the hotel also heated. The place has a lovely feel that just makes you feel relaxed.

Fantastic hotel to stay at . Friendly professional staff beautiful hotel lobby would be nice if they could engage a pianist though to play the grand piano they have there even if only weekend evenings . Wonderful pool area too and Fantastic IGA just down the steps from The hotel stocks everything including ready cooked meals at the hot counter good choice of salad bar too . Also there is an Italian restaurant and pizzeria and a zamberos in same area .

The location is great. The housekeeping staff tidied the room without being obtrusive. The sauna and heated pool are appreciated. Didn't like it that when they told us what parking cost per day, they did not tell us that gst was not included. Also we prepaid for breakfast for us and 2 guests, the restaurant was told only 2 people rather than 4 and they had to go to the reception to confirm that we did pay for 4.
