Great value for money

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The room was far more spacious than you can tell from the pictures and it is in a great location. There was an issue with ants in the room but overall very good value for money, would stay again!

Great location right near the beach and restaurants. Can’t complain about the accommodation except for the hot water system. Other then that I highly recommend.

I’ll be honest here the place is a little run down but in saying that for the week we had a really nice 2 bedroom apartment with comfortable beds - kitchen with all the requirements we needed - AC - the location is in ear shot of the beach - once again location close to everything - off road parking - No issues Hot water/showers all great - we did quite a few road trips and this place was perfect for road trips north, east and south - great place to stay and I’d stay again - and the hosts friendly and helpful - on a budget looking for a great place to stay this is it

I’ve read some of the reviews and I’ll be honest here the place is a little run down but in saying that for the price we had a really nice 2 bedroom apartment with comfortable beds - kitchen with all the requirements we needed - AC - the location is in ear shot of the beach - once again location close to everything - off road parking - No issues Hot water/showers all great - we did quite a few road trips and this place was perfect for road trips north, east and south - great place to stay and I’d stay again - and the hosts friendly and helpful - on a budget looking for a great place this is it

Great location. Extremely affordable. Nothing glamorous (hence the price). If you aren’t picky about looks, and just want to use it for a bed, it is perfect. So close to the beach, many good restaurants and bars, beautiful scenery.

We had a good stay, although we were unaware of how noisy it gets, being near a big road, we had alot of traffic noise. The apartment was clean and the bedding was neat and clean , however the overall look of the apartments was run down.We did enjoy the close proximity to cafes and the beach, but with a baby we struggled with the noise.

Considering what I paid per night the property overall exceeded my expectations.I remember on Saturday night it was super busy around Scarborough and I was easily able to get a car spot cause ov the onsite carpark.if there was no onsite car parking then I would have had to walk some distance back to the property

If you are after a fancy place, this is not for you. However, if you’re after a place that’s beautifully clean, brilliant location, perfect white linen, clean 1960’s bathroom, a little kitchen that has all the kitchen gear you’d need, then this place ticks all the boxes. The beach, Coles and the main strip restaurants are all within 5mins walk. If you’re a light sleeper take earplugs because it’s on the highway but that didn’t bother us. ‘You get what you pay for’ isn’t right, because the handy features of this place are worth more than we paid.

Very close to Scarborough Beach and shopping facilities. The staff were very helpful, the only two things I can pick on. One, the microwave was broken however that issue was rectified immediately. The other, is the hot water in the shower doesn't get very hot, that seems to be a limitation of the 3 phase electric instantaneous hot water system in the property. It was clean and comes with a mini kitchenette(which was a must for my family and I).

The apartment, although spacious, is a little tired. Whilst I appreciate that it is a budget property, the floors throughout were not clean. after walking barefoot for 5 mins, the soles of my feet were black. The bed was very comfortable. The light in the kitchen did not work. An appearance by the owner/management would have been appreciated.

Property was very clean and located close to the beach, walking paths, shops etc. We were there in Winter so the heating was disappointing and the shower was only luke warm at best.

As it turns out I couldn't actually stay at the appartments as the booking was incorrectly allocated to a month after I was there for the trip. SB appartment staff were amazing and followed up a month later to assist with a refund even though lastminute.com were no help at all. Highly recommend Scarborough Beach appartments for accommodation but would be booking direct or through a different provider in the future.

The first night we didn't have hot water. When it was fixed there wasn't much. It was just old and run down. Needed lots of work. Picture really doesn't tell the story . Nothing like the picture empty pool that looks disgusting

There were clean towels to use. This property needs to be updated into this century & at least some kitchen cupboards or bench and a freezer section of the fridge that's not iced up. The outside condition of the units also needs a complete overhaul & I'm not sure if it was inspected whether it would pass. However, I'm sure others would be happy just to have somewhere to stay. & that works. We picked the key up from a box & returned it the same way so I cannot really comment on staff & service.
